Two-room flat – Internatsionalnaya Street
This flat is of particular interest for those who want to save money and to live in the center having a home comfort. The flat is situated in the very center of the city close to the French Embassy, and opposite the Hotel “Europa”. The nearest metro stations are Nemiha and Kupalovskaya. This flat is our best one as it is situated in the heart of Minsk. In the close vicinity one can find numerous shopping areas, Main Department Store, discos, cafés, and restaurants (Japanese Restaurant, “Freski”, “Renaissance”, McDonald’s), and a taxi park.
The flat is ideal for 2 people, but up to 4 people can be accommodated there.
There is a big bed and a wardrobe in the bedroom. There is a sofa and two arm-chairs in the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary things. There is a dinner table and 4 chairs in it.
The WC and the bathroom with a very nice bath are combined.
This particular flat, as well as all our other flats, is quiet, quite large, functional. We hope you’ll make yourself at home there. The flat is equipped with a metal front door, a combination lock, an on-door speakerphone. The double-glazed windows isolate the flat from the street noise.

L´appartement se trouve au couer de la ville à côté de l’Ambassade Française, en face de l´hôtel 5 étoiles “Europe” ; près de la station de métro "Nemiga" et “Oktiabrskaya’’ (“Koupalovskaya’’ ). À proximité il y a des complexes commerciaux, le grand magasin “GOUM”, beaucoup de discothèques et de restaurants (un restaurant japonais, “Freski”, “Renaissance”, “Macdonalds” ; tout près il y a la station des taxis.
Il est adapté pour 2 personnes, mais peut en accueillir jusqu´à 4. Il a une chambre avec un lit-double, une garde-robe murale et un salon avec un canapé-lit deux places, 2 fauteuils, un poste de tele.
La cuisine est entièrement aménagée avec une tables et 4 chaises.
Il y a une salle de bain moderne avec baignoire.
Comme tous nos appartements à Minsk, il est calme et sûr, décidément bien proportionné et fonctionnel, pour vous faire sentir comme à la maison. L´appartement est doté d´une porte avec code de sécurité, et de tous le nécessaire pour le repassage. Il donne sur la rue avec des fenêtres antibruit.
